We make a concerted effort to choose LOCAL products from nearby farmers. It’s a win-win situation, because we can provide our guests with delicious, fresh food while directly supporting the farmers who grew it. Less shipping miles means less fossil fuels that get burned. Local artists, craftsmen, producers and vendors directly benefit with increased prosperity – and that is great for our local economy. Even though we can’t buy all of our foods regionally, rest assured we’re always trying to increase the amount of LOCAL foods we purchase.
And we are so proud of the quality and variety that Virginia and especially the Shenandoah Valley has to offer – why would we look anywhere else!
